By accessing or using LeadZap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadZap is a B2B lead generation platform that provides publicly available business information including business names, phone numbers, email addresses, and social media profiles. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to search for and download leads.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased through our platform via Stripe and are non-refundable once used
• Credits do not expire and remain available as long as your account is active
• Pricing is subject to change; existing credits are not affected by price changes
• Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no searches have been performed

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadZap data only for lawful business purposes. You may NOT:

• Use the data for spam, harassment, or unsolicited mass communication
• Resell or redistribute raw lead data to third parties
• Use the data in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or other applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Data Accuracy

LeadZap provides data on an "as-is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and verify email addresses, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Delivery counts may vary based on available data for a given industry and location.

7. Intellectual Property

The LeadZap platform, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of LeadZap. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadZap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
